  • I'm no light expert but I have seen a bunch of youtubes on the subject. I wanted extra light when driving offroad and had to be waterproof too. These appear to be perfect.Driven through snow, ice, hail, rain, heavy torrential rain and the truck is always in the elements. The lights are perfect, no water inside, and brighter than expected. Even brighter than my normal headlights. My high beams are brighter but that's to be expected.Would recommend these to people who want a waterproof flood light.
  • Another GREAT improvement in these compared to the cheapies is PRE-TINNED 16 guage wire compared to horrible, dirty quality 18 or maybe 20 guage wire in my old lights...the kind of dirty copper you have to scrape the copper oxide off with an Exacto or other blade till it's nice and bright copper...otherwise solder will just ball up and not even stick ! 🤬 (In the marine environment, do yourself a favor, crimp AND solder, THEN marine-grade shrink tubing...you'll never have to do this again)
  • simple to use =)worked fine =)very bright for size =)not focused well =(the white light is so blue it almost appears purple =)When charging there is a red status indicator built in and when charge is finished a green light status is shown =)works off a phone charger =)extra rubbers and USB cables included =)
  • Just ordered my third set of these [have a few bikes and I will not ride without lights]. The absolute best; and I've tried a few. All more expensive by the way. They're rechargeable, fit most head tubes as well as handlebars and they give you extra straps. They are remarkably bright [can be seen from the side too] with three bulb pattern and the charge lasts quite a while. Lastly, they look cool ~ round chrome like shape. Don't even think about others...
  • These little lights are the best and do exactly what you want them to do. Plenty of reviews describing what they are and how to use so I will address a couple complaints I read. The rubber bands (you get 4) are just that...rubber. So don't be stretching them too hard or far or they will break. Just clip one end onto the light, wrap around any bar on the bike and affix the other end to the plastic lip on the clip. Another complaint I read was that one of the plastic clips broke. Again, don't pull on the clip too far or hard. You need to pull it out just enough to get one end of the rubber band inserted and in place. If you pull too hard it's going to break. Finally, the materials used are basically just plastic casing with LED lights inside. If you drop or mishandle chances are they are going to break. At this price I didn't expect high quality materials.
  • I waited about four months to report on thist. Now I decided I have to comment this here. I clip either one of these lights on to my dogs collar when we are walking at night. It's way brighter than any of the ones you buy at the pet store. And, it's rechargeable! You can see the reaction of cars on my street when they see the light, they slow down. If you walk your dogs at night, you really should get these. I also have added a rechargeable caller that lights up ........ UPDATE the chrome ring fell off. Doesn't bother me. These are still saving my dog from cars on my street. every night. We walk in the roads and get out of the way when we see car lights. Also Waterproof. My dog swam in a creek one night because he saw a beaver. The red light went under about 5 inches for about 3 minutes 4 times. He didn't catch the beaver, but the water lit up in red so I always new where he was. Still 5 star after a year
  • Got this set to use as under hood lighting since Toyota neglected to put a light under there. I was concerned about the heat coming from my engine with these, but there have been zero issues with the heat. They put out the right amount of light that it illuminates my engine compartment, but not enough to blind me. Now just have to figure out what to use the other two lights for.
  • I bought these blue lights for the wheel wells of my truck. They look awesome, but it dawned on me that I should have checked my state laws on what is allowable. In general, in Florida, aftermarket lighting is legal all over your vehicle, but certain colors are prohibited. It turns out that blue is not allowed on any vehicle if it's not a police vehicle. Red is allowed as long as you can't see it from the front. I haven't run into any trouble with these lights yet, but if I do, I may have to switch them out with purple or something. Luckily, once you've done all the wiring, it's not very difficult to replace these lights if necessary.
  • Installed these on my 2013 Silverado, I drilled and tapped holes in the bottom of my Nfab steps then mounted them using the included rubber tube mounts. I was expecting them to be made of plastic for some reason so I was very happy they were metal. I have them wired to come on with my courtesy lights when I unlock/open my door. Very happy with the output, it's a nice pure white with little or no blue. I may get another set later to light the entire underside of the truck.I'll post an update after some time about reliability/durability.
  • These lights are great on my four wheeler. From over 100 feet away, they clearly light up a two story house including the tree out front that is closer to 200 feet away. There are only two things I had a problem with: i had to re position one of the rubber gaskets to get the proper seal and i wish the wire leads were a bit longer. Even so, you can't go wrong with these lights. The pictures are the of just the wheeler's headlights and the headlights with the LED lights on. The chicken coop is 90 feet away, and the hanger looking building is about 225 feet away. Very impressive amount of light.
  • I bought these lights to use as reverse lights on my 05 F-150. After I had the windows tinted and smoked my taillights the factory lights just didn't do anything. These lights where extremly easy to install. I installed them on my tow bar and they are small enough to fit right under my bumper. They produce a immense amount of light. The light is spread out with a wide enough range that every thing in my mirrors is lit up.
  • These lights are great. I put them on my motorcycle and they are hella-bright. Very easy install, this is the most electrical I've done and I spent maybe a couple hours doing so.I bought a harness separate from the light which had a switch and it all intstalled flawlessly.I have not used it in wet weather yet so I'm not sure how it will handle condensation.
